Sony BDP-S500 and BDP-S360 will not play DL |

I have a Sony BDP-S500 and a Sony BDPS360. After the latest firmware update both players will not play my home made DL disc. Has anyone had an issue like this?

Did the two players play your homemade DL discs before the firmware upgrade? Are you talking about DL BR or DVD? What software are you using to create the discs?

The BDP-S500 was playing the disc just fine. The S360 is new and I updated the firmware when I set it up. The discs are Verbatim DVD +R DL. Most of the disc were made with Roxio.
