currently laid off of work and i can't afford a service tech or the repair bill. trying to diagnose myself. any help obtaining the service manual would be appreciated. if anyone could help me identify the "D" board i would appreciate it as the problem appears to be with the power supply. maybe the identifying numbers on the "d" board which could help me search for one on eBay? thanks - tony

Hi totalfreak,
I checked and we have the service and owner's manual for the KV-36XBR800. When you upgrade to premium membership, you get 3 manuals. The membership is $12 per year.
