    Hello All:
I've been very busy lately and haven't had much time for Agoraquest but check in every now and then to keep track of the latest.

There is a pair of APM X300 speakers for sale in my area.

I'm temped to buy them just because the are different.
    Are they any good?

    Regards,
    Richard

Richard- If those Sony X330 speakers are in good shape they would make a classic and eclectic addition to your Audio System.

    Hi Maxx:

    How are you?

I am very satisfied with my 9100ES/7100ES combo so don't have much desire to investigate making changes.  We are very busy, do some traveling, just got back from a Mediterranean cruise, so life's good all the way around.

This is not my post but is from  BlienoseBlonde.

I don't think the APM X300 sells for very much.  How good they are I can't say.

I am very faithful to my Acoustic Research AR9's

    Regards,

    Richard

Richard- I know very well what you mean about your Acoustic Research AR9's, but the DA7100ES does have a speaker A/ speaker B switch doesn't it? I don't know how much the APM X300 speakers sold for, but the APM 6ES and APM 8ES sold for $8,000 and $12,000 respectively.

    Hi Maxx:
Funny APM's should be a topic.
I just checked our local Craigslist and a pair fo nice looking AMP 690's are for sale for $40.
At that price I probably should buy them but the owner is quite a distance away.

    Regards,
    Richard

Rihard- Although the APM 690's are smaller than the APM X300's if they are in good shape you may be able to find a use for them in your Home Theater unless you're holding out for a pair of APM 6ES'...
