Keyword Tips If you are search for "50we610 blinking" try "we610 blinking". If you search for "5 blinking" try "five blinking". If you search for "Sony KDF-55wf655" try "55wf655" or better yet "wf655". Try searching with general search term first and then add more specific keywords to narrow it down.

Recommended after display the search results. I would open the links in a new window. Read the postings and when done close the window. And open the next posting that you want to read in a new window, close that window and repeat. This is probably the most efficient way.

Also, try the new Google Search which searches the entire Agoraquest website. Click here

For Televisions issues, red/green blinking lights, vertical lines, D Board, Lamp Driver and more.
I would vist our "Frequently Asked Questions for Sony Products" forum and read the "Television Trouble Shooting Information Packages" thread. There are several service bulletin packages that can help resolve those issues.
For Televisions issues with blue, green, optical block, extending warranty or other related issues
I would visit our new Sony Alert/Warranty recall section at Sony Recall/Warranty Section

First 650 characters of this postThanks for all your replies. I just wanted to get a second opinion before I put the cash out because I\'m now upgrading the entire system that I bought in 2000. I started out with a Sony KP43T70, a HTDW620, and a DVP-S530D. Everything was great until my S530D started giving me problems reading DVD+R disks so I upgraded to a DVP-NS400D in \"02. No more problems cropped up until the left channel started cutting in and out on my receiver last year so I had to upgrade to a STR-DE595 since I was on a limited budget at the time. Well recently I got the opportunity to ge

First 650 characters of this postI unfortunatley need a new VCR. ( Old home movies ) I been looking at the SLVD500P Combo. My 3 year old Sony DVP-NS400D DVD player does not have progressive scan output. Will the 500P have a better picture than my old DVD? Will it display pictures I recorded on CD\'s that I made on my computer? Is there a down side to these combo units? I like the space saving aspect of these. Thanks for any ideas or help.  Joe... Television TroubleshootingKV36FS16 - Vertical lines from DVDNS400DEaton_Family12003-04-17 08:45
First 650 characters of this postI have a Sony KV-36FS16 connected to a Sony DVP-NS400D. I have tried 3 different sets of inputs (Video 2, 3, and 4) and 3 different types of \"cables\" (component, s-video and regular patches) No matter what I have tried, when I switch to the DVD, I get a white vertical line that moves horizonally every 3 seconds across the screen. This happens whether the DVD is playing a DVD or not. I have tried the DVD player on my other Sony 27\" and do not see the lines. Has anyone seen this before? Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks....

Television ConfigurationAre there audio switching devices availiable?tomcat_fan202001-10-09 21:58
First 650 characters of this postAnother question: (Thanks SOO much for your help so far guys!!) I\'m looking at either the Sony (DUH!) DVP-NS400D or DVP-NS300. I was leaning toward the 300 because it\'s cheaper and I don\'t need a decoder (planning on getting one in a reciever later on), but it\'s without some extra features that I think I might want. Namely Digital Video Enhancer, which I think might make things look better on my TV. Am I right? I\'d also at least like the option to play CD-R/RWs too. -Do ANY Sony DVD players support mp3 playback? -It won\'t hurt to eventually have 2 decoders in a system will it?
