Keyword Tips If you are search for "50we610 blinking" try "we610 blinking". If you search for "5 blinking" try "five blinking". If you search for "Sony KDF-55wf655" try "55wf655" or better yet "wf655". Try searching with general search term first and then add more specific keywords to narrow it down.

Also, try the new Google Search which searches the entire Agoraquest website. Click here

For Televisions issues, red/green blinking lights, vertical lines, D Board, Lamp Driver and more.
I would vist our "Frequently Asked Questions for Sony Products" forum and read the "Television Trouble Shooting Information Packages" thread. There are several service bulletin packages that can help resolve those issues.
For Televisions issues with blue, green, optical block, extending warranty or other related issues
I would visit our new Sony Alert/Warranty recall section at Sony Recall/Warranty Section

First 650 characters of this postI purchased a lamp driver and awaiting its arrival. Found new on EBAY for $99.00. Hopefully this will solve my power cycle problem. Be thankful you bought the extended warranty. I paid $5,700 in 2001 for the my TV no extended warranty. Optical block has yellow blotch but was out of warranty and my model was not included in the sony warranty extension program. So I have lived with the yellow blotch, replaced the lamp once and now the lamp driver. Not the best record for such an expensive piece of electronics!

First 650 characters of this postHey I posted this in the deals section and Joe suggested I post here. Greetings all:  After doing much research and lurking, I have decided on a new/old receiver for my setup.  I am currently renning an old str-de835 I bought new, and the 3 kids since then have put me on a pretty tight budget.  Thats how I got the bright idea to just upgrade in quality and not age so much.  I am currently running a cerwin vega 5.1 setup with 8" Satellite speakers throughout and a 15" floor firing sub.  And honestly i have not ever been

First 650 characters of this postWell 4 ohm or 8 ohm, I don't care. I do not want high power, i just want a natural sound. And what I've heard so far the STR-DE325 gives much more natural sound with deep bass and sparkling high. The new STR-DH500 just sounds FLAT. But there are much more things that I do not like with this new amp (in order of annoyance): - the bass and treble can only be adjusted by 6 dB (10 dB with the old one) - bass and treble can only be adjusted in steps of 1 dB (no steps at all, completely analogue  with the old one) - bass and treble settings can be adjust

First 650 characters of this postI gave recent thought to purchasing another 7100ES (in black), but apparently thought too long.  Someone bought the unit (on Ebay) at the seller\'s price of $600.  As for the DA5400ES, I don\'t know if it is worth double the price for new and HDMI.  At the moment, my DA7ES is fine for what I listen to.

First 650 characters of this postI was at Best Buy the other day and the had the Mon$ter 1000 series cables there for over $400!!! MOTHER OF GOD!!! That's the price of a really nice Blu-ray player! I guess the old saying still holds true... "A fool and his money, will soon be parted." I bought PureAV silver series cables online and got them for less than a 3rd of retail. I think I paid about $30-40 for an 8 footer. They are excellent quality, with all the build bells and whistles. I highly recommend them and recently saw some on eBay for $17 for an 8 footer. Worth looking into.

First 650 characters of this postI recall when I bought my TA-N55ES I was happy as a 5-year old child seeing Santa unloading 5-ton truck stuffed by his favourite toys right into his backyard. I lived with it for about a year and was thinking that it's a great amp. But some signs of it's deficiency appeared when I upgraded my bookshelf speakers (Sony SS-B40ES) first to mid-size floor-standers (SS-B176 Brooklands Edition) - the bass became a bit uncontrolled but I placed a blame onto bass-reflex enclosures but when I bought big size towers (SS-F80ES) it was just unable to drive them - the lack of current made bass wobbly and ul

First 650 characters of this postThis is my most recent, present and most importantly, best setup I’ve had so far. It is also the only setup worth posting on this website compared to what I’ve run in previous times! :DI’m 20 and born and live in England. I’ve been brought up in the era of multichannel, which brings in the difficulty of trying to get a decent 2 channel system as well.Like most people, started with a stereo VCR hooked up to a mini hifi system and was quite taken with that. Then bought my first DVD player; a Samsung DVD-511. Had this with a pro logic mini system. Various Pro Logic

First 650 characters of this postCan, or did, Tri-state identify the parts that were not available? Unless you can find an inexpensive D-Board on eBay, it probably makes the most sense to throw in the towel. If you check your local Craigslist.org listings you might be able to find a working XBR400, or a similar model, for $300 or less.  I recently bought a KV-36XBR800 with the matching Sony stand for $180.
