| Television Troubleshooting | KDL-52W3000 Refreshing problem | Kissdude | 4 | 2009-08-19 08:52 |
| First 650 characters of this post | Hello,I have a KDL-52W3000 in my shop and it has a refreshing problem on the left side of the screen. The left side slowly fades as the scenes change. The right side of the screen is fine. Sometimes there is a vertical line on the side that goes from top to bottom. Any help would be appreciated. |

| First 650 characters of this post | I have a friend who has the KDL-46WL135 that he bought from Gaithersburg Costco in Maryland. One thing he liked when he bought it is that Costco has a great return policy. He has had it for several months and hasn't had any problems. The direct TV picture looks great especially when he plays Blu-Ray movies. He compared the KDL46WL135 to the KDL46v3000. It's pretty much the same model. Below is what I found on forums. I think he was down as other members are to the following Sony Models Sony KDL-46W4100 Sony KDL-46WL135 Sony KDL 4 |
| Great Sony Deals | old vs. new | Toli | 4 | 2008-03-10 18:10 |
| First 650 characters of this post | terreentn, I would go for the newer model, it's 1080p and you can get a warranty. You may even consider a KDL-52W3000 with white glove delivery for not much more. Check out our group buy from Abt, click here. Toli[addsig] |
| Television Misc and News | BRAVIS KDL52W3000 at Best Buy (deal or not?) | ynotnag | 1 | 2008-01-30 15:43 |
| First 650 characters of this post | I just returned from Best Buy where they are offering a KDL52W3000 for $2399.99 AND a Sony Blu-Ray DVD for free. That's good until Saturday night. Sure is confusing when looking at all of those wonderful TVs!!!Also, is the 4 year $300 PSP worth the money? They say it's not really an extended warranty. It supposedly is better. I'm always leary of those things.Any thoughts on any of the above? Thanks so much, ynotnag |

| Television Configuration | Calibration for a KDL52W3000 | chapow1 | 2 | 2008-01-15 15:35 |
| First 650 characters of this post | I just purchased a Sony KDL52W3000 from Best Buy & actually made it out of the store without falling for their $300 calibration service. I've read on other forums that this is a joke & you can find settings on forums such as this. So that's where I'm at. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to calibrate this tv? I have a Direct TV HD subscription & use a Sony brand Blu Ray run through a HK AVR-247 for watching DVD's |
| Television Configuration | Fill the screen on a KDL52W3000 | fjweojrtown | 2 | 2008-01-13 21:52 |
| First 650 characters of this post | Just got the 52w3000 and enjoy the set though I am a bit disappointed that 16:9 widescreen movies can't "fill" the screen...letterboxes are at top and bottom of screen even in "Full" and Cinema modes. Dvds are played in Sony DVP-NC665P player, passed by component cables to a Denon AVR 3803 which upconverts to 1080p and connects to the KDL TV via a HDMI cable. Regular TV can "fill" the screen. Any suggestions? Thanks, JC |
